No. BharatGeoTag has no server that receives your photos, GPS fixes, projects or visits. Everything is written to the app's private documents directory on your device. We only see data you explicitly send us — for example, the email you write to support@trivartha.com.
Only what is strictly needed: CAMERA, ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and the FOREGROUND_SERVICE companions used by geolocator on Android 14+. Microphone, background-location, contacts, SMS, call logs, photo-library and notifications are intentionally not requested.
Accuracy depends on hardware, satellite visibility and interference. The stamp displays a colour-coded accuracy bucket — Excellent (< 5 m), Good (5–10 m), Fair (10–30 m), Poor (30+ m) — alongside the raw ± value. For legal-grade evidence, verify against an independent source.
Yes — manage and cancel from your Google Play or Apple App Store subscriptions page at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Annual plans include a 3-day free trial where supported.
Yes. Capturing, stamping, browsing, editing and PDF generation work with the network disabled. Map snapshots and weather tiles require internet; if those features are enabled and you are offline, the corresponding fields show "unavailable" but the photo is still stamped with the rest of the captured data.
For on-device data, open Settings → Privacy → Erase my data. For Pro entitlement or any cloud-side record, email support@trivartha.com. Our Grievance Officer responds within 15 days as per the DPDP Act, 2023.
